Diamond Coated Wire Cup Brush
The brush knots are knotted to 50% of the length. The brush achieves a better surface quality on uneven surfaces when compared to knotted brushes. INOX DIA filament brushes are designed for particularly demanding applications that require an aggressive brush. They are primarily used on extremely hard materials. Stainless steel wire (INOX) diamond (DIA) is temperature-resistant up to 850 °F.
Knot Wire Cup Brush Carbon Steel
The brush knots are knotted to 75% of the length. The brush is designed for brushing large areas and for heavy-duty brushwork, such as deburring, cleaning, derusting and descaling, as well as removing spatter. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire as the filament material are ideal for work on surfaces and deburring. PFERD special wire has high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. This ensures that the wire wears down in the optimal way, as well as a long tool life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire is temperature-resistant up to 600°F.
Knot Wire Cup Brush Stainless Steel
The brush knots are knotted to 75% of the length. The brush is designed for brushing large areas and for heavy-duty brushwork, such as deburring, cleaning, derusting and descaling, as well as removing spatter. Brass wire filament brushes are designed for applications like surface finishing on copper or brass workpieces. Compared to steel wire, brass wire is softer and more flexible. For all brushes with brass wire, PFERD uses wire quality CuZn37. Brass wire is temperature-resistant up to 350°F.
