For light deburring, cleaning of holes and cross holes and for work on surfaces. Brushes with aluminum oxide (AO) are less sharp-edged and aggressive than those with SiC. These brushes are designed for polishing and smoothing finishes on soft metals. Plastic filaments are temperature-resistant up to 410°F.

Safety
For safe use, guide the brush into the workpiece before beginning work. When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into the arbor as possible. This especially applies to high rotational speed ranges. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
