For coarse cleaning work such as removing paint, scale, heat discoloration, rust and adhesive residues in peripheral grinding. POLICLEAN® is a coarsely structured, abrasive, non-woven cleaning fabric that was developed from a special combination of synthetic fibers and abrasive grain.
Special features
- The PLUS version (blue) has a considerably higher stock removal rate and a very good service life, and it is very aggressive.
- High flexibility and open structure mean optimal adaptation to contours and no loading of the product itself.

Recommendations for use
- For the best performance, use with a recommended peripheral speed of 3,000-4,000 SFPM. This provides an ideal compromise between stock removal rate, surface quality, thermal load on the workpiece and tool wear.
- For work on larger surfaces, stack several POLICLEAN® discs on the appropriate arbor.
Safety
- For safety reasons, the maximum permitted rotational speed indicated must never be exceeded.
