Grinding disc with precision-molded, triangular high-performance abrasive VICTOGRAIN® for steel and stainless steel (INOX), offering maximum grinding performance and outstanding tool life. VICTOGRAIN products are among the most effective grinding tools in the world. The triangular, precision-formed abrasive grain from PFERD TOOLS delivers an exceptionally high level of abrasive performance. The VICTOGRAIN® abrasive grit triangles are uniform in shape and size, and their cutting edges engage the workpiece at the optimum angle, requiring very little energy to penetrate. This gives the user an efficient grinding process with fast material removal, long tool life, reduced heat input into the workpiece, and lower power demand on the tool drive. The VICTOGRAIN® abrasive grain triangles are bonded to the backing on one side, keeping them securely in place. Together with their slim design, this creates very large chip clearance, further improving grinding efficiency. The triangular VICTOGRAIN® structure has also been specifically engineered to maximize results. The tiny crystals inside the triangles ensure ideal wear characteristics, as sharp cutting edges are continually exposed while only minimal amounts of abrasive grain or triangle segments break off.
