Recommendations for use
- Trim the flap disc on sharp metal edges, files, or with cutting inserts.
- Trimming should only be done at a 45° contact angle of.
- Press the disc carefully on to the workpiece and increase the pressure until a chip is formed. Keep the pressure until the disc has been trimmed to the desired dimension.
- Plastic backer can be trimmed to expose unused coated material once the outside edge has worn down.
