PFERD has developed the ALU cut specifically for stock removal on aluminum. This cut achieves a high stock removal rate. Ball-shaped bur, shape D.

Recommendations for use
- Use the burs on powerful power tools with elastically mounted spindles to avoid unwanted vibration.
- Observe the recommended rotational speed.
- For the most cost-effective bur use, work with higher rotational/peripheral speeds. For burs with a 1/8" shank diameter, use power tools with a power output of 75 to 300 watts.
