1. Who We Are

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
4.1 Drop-Ship Suppliers and Manufacturers
Because we operate a drop-ship model, we share your name, business name, ship-to address, phone number, ordered items, and order references with the manufacturer, brand, distributor, or warehouse that fulfills your order. They use this information solely to pick, pack, and ship your order, and to handle related claims.
4.2 Payment Processing
Membership fees and credit-card checkout payments are processed by a third-party credit card processor. The processor receives the payment data needed to charge your card or bank account and to detect fraud. The processor’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy, which is available on the processor’s website.
4.3 Shipping and Logistics Providers
Parcel and freight carriers receive ship-to information and order weights/dimensions to deliver your order and provide tracking updates.
4.4 Service Providers
We use vendors that help us run the Site and the business, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, accounting, tax compliance, and security. These vendors are bound by confidentiality and may use your information only to provide services to us.
4.5 Net 30 Account Administration
If you apply for or maintain a Net 30 open account, we may share information with credit reporting agencies, business credit bureaus, trade references, collection agencies, and our legal or accounting advisors as needed to evaluate, service, or collect on the account.
4.6 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our Terms or other agreements, to protect the rights, property, or safety of GSF, our members, or others, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
4.7 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, secure the Site, measure traffic, and improve the member experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit your ability to use parts of the Site (such as the cart and checkout).
We may also use analytics tools that collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Card data is handled within our credit card processor’s PCI-compliant environment and is not stored on our servers. Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your membership or open account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, warranty, audit, and legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, and to resolve disputes.
